In the past two decades, founder Alison Francis and her colleagues at AH Francis have trained over 2000 beauty technicians and supplied over 5000 salons with  treatment components. Nobody knows beauty better than Alison, and her team and with over 23 years in the beauty industry; trend-scouting, standard-setting and pioneering new treatments, the big news is Enhance Shape Define – set to be the next big thing in salon beauty.

Alison comments on how she and her well-established business, AH Francis, has achieved such success: “I know how important it is for women to look and feel good about themselves – nothing new there. But, having been a beauty therapist myself, I know first-hand how gorgeous looking lashes can make women of any age feel great. It was my on-the-ground experience that inspired me to champion the lash industry in the UK.

I always sought the best possible products, the safest and most effective techniques and when I couldn’t get what I wanted, or my findings became outdated, I challenged myself to drive the industry forward. Now, at AH Francis we supply both the components for lash treatments and the technician’s training. Quality and integrity are vital in everything we do – you must to have both to create a successful business with longevity.”

Julie came to A H Francis in January 2005, having had many years experience in a Customer Service environment. Julie trained in A H Francis Lashes soon after joining the company and went on to run a successful mobile Lashes business.

Her priorities are integrity and customer service in business, ” at A H Francis we want to build relationships with our customers, they need to feel that we are here to support them if needed, sadly many other companies fall very short in this area.”

I started working with AH Francis in June 2010. I knew nothing about eyelash extensions so the whole idea was very new and exciting but I did have almost 5 years experience in Customer Service which is a key role in the business as we like to keep our customers happy!

I trained in eyelash extensions in October 2010 and with the help and support of AH Francis I have started my own mobile lash business which is growing all the time. I love having such a varied job role and feel very lucky to be part of such a lovely team.
