1. Make sure that you lash technician is fully qualified and insured. Ask to see his/her certificates.
2. Insist on a patch test.
3. Allow time to have a proper client consultation
4. Be realistic in your expectations. If you have naturally short lashes don’t expect super long ones.
5. Ask  questions: what sort of look would suit you.
6. Make sure that you listen too, and follow the aftercare advice.

1. As all products have a shelf life, it would be a very good idea when you open a new eyelash glue to write the date on it, this way you are able to keep track of how long it’s been opened for. Eyelash glue will only last for 3 months once opened, or six months unopened.
2. Keep all of your eyelash extension products in an ambient temperature. Too hot or too cold will effect their performance. No fridges!
3. Make sure you have enough stock of retail sealers, primers and mascara to sell to your Customers.
4. Refresh your Customers on aftercare procedures to help them maintain their lovely lashes.

1. For the first two hours after the treatment do not let water come in contact with your eyes.
2. If you wish to use a mascara make sure that it is a water based one. Don’t use any oil based eyemake up remover it will damage the adhesive.
3. Be gentle don’t rub or pick at your eyelashes.
4. Make sure that you keep them looking glossy with a coat of AH Francis Lashcare Sealer every two or three days.
5. With regular 2 week infills and correct aftercare beautiful lashes can be yours all the time.
