Alison Francis has been in the Health and Beauty industry since 1986 and in the lashes business since 1990.  She brings a plethora of knowledge to the specific business of eyelashes.  Alison is always the first in this field followed closely by competitors trying to emulate her ideas.  Alisons key business values are quality and integrity. 

Alison was the first to market the eyelash perm in the UK and has trained over 2000 therapists in this treatment.  She has done extensive international research in the field and has the top chemists available developing products. 

Alison has, over the years, developed and perfected the technique for the lash perm and is well respected in her industry being recognised by bodies such as Embody, BABTAC and The Guild as a consultant for insurers.  Alison has now done the same with the Eyelash Extensions creating a unique technique with Sun Beauty Inc which is now patent pending.  She is also an international trainer for Lash Extensions and Eyelash perming. 

Alison was nominated as one of the top 40 people to make you look beautiful in Vogue as well as being listed in the Evening Standard Beauty Gurus guide for London.

Alison is also a yoga teacher trained in India.  To compensate for the frantic beauty industry, she has a strict daily yoga and meditation practise.  She is also a fully qualified NLP practitioner and coaches clients and staff in personal development, communication and life planning
