It’s not just Santa that is busy in the run up to Christmas, our fulfilment house and delivery companies are working their hardest to get your packages to you.

Please place your order in plenty of time to avoid disappoint. Whilst we work hard with the teams to minimise delays, it’s impossible to prevent them completely at this time of year.

Customer Service Team Opening Hours

Our Customer Service Team is here to help you until Friday 18th December.  Then they will be off with their families from Saturday 19th December to Sunday 3rd January.

We will be checking our email inbox once a day over the Christmas period, so please do email us at customerservice@ahfrancis.com if you have any questions.

Orders and Deliveries

Of course, you will be able to order online at any time, but please make a note of the following delivery team closures:

Royal Mail is shut between 25th and 28th December, and on 1st January.

DPD is closed on the 25th and 26th December, and on 1st January.

Our warehouse is closed 24th to 26th December and on 1st January.

If you place an order over this period, please be aware that there may be a delay. The warehouse will progress your order on their next working day.
