It’s really easy to track your parcel online


Log in to your AHFrancis Shop Account and view Tracking Information (you’ll find this in the Order Information section).

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse you will see details of the courier and your parcel tracking number.

Click on ‘View Progress’ to be taken to the courier’s website, which shows you where your parcel is.

To make any changes to delivery or if you have any delivery questions, please contact the courier direct.

DPD is having a little trouble with the tracking link. If you get an error message when you click on View Progress, please go to instead.

Click on Help > Follow my parcel

Enter your tracking number and postcode in the ‘Receiving a Parcel’ box.

You can make any changes direct with DPD on this site.
