Lash extension products are changing!
In particular I wanted to alert you to the fact that we’re replacing some of the old products with a new more simplified system in an effort to help you be more efficient and your life easier.
We work closely with our adhesive manufacturer and consult regularly with them. As part of our policy of professionalism and integrity, we work hard to stay up to date with the UK regulations so that we can protect you.
We believe it is of the utmost importance for safety to be sure that the products we sell are current. This is also important for you as therapists in the unlikely event of a problem.
I wanted to make sure you understood which products supersede which products.
All the new lash extensions products are far superior to the old ones.
The consistency of all the adhesives are much nicer to work with in addition to the amazing benefits of each.
Problend adhesive equivalent is Strong Bond
Strong bond is low odour and is designed for sensitive clients and newbie technicians. It dries quicker, but not too quick for the newbies and it’s one of the strongest adhesives.
MasterLash adhesive equivalent is Superbond.
Superbond is wonderful to work with, has a slight characteristic odour and very quick drying.
FastLash adhesive equivalent is Flash Bond.
Flash Bond has a set speed never seen before and is for experienced lash technicians only. We love it!
In order to help you work more efficiently, we’ve created a five step system that eliminates the need for protein remover pads. All you need is the Foaming Lash Wash to cleanse the lashes and you’re ready for the primer. Find out more about how the system works here
To understand more about the lash extension products and adhesives, and the principles of creating a good adhesive visit this blog on adhesives. It explains how the adhesives are made and why some adhesives have odours and some have less. I hope you’ll find it interesting!
To help you transition to the new adhesives and choose which adhesive you prefer, we’ve created our 2gr trial size of each of the adhesives. The old adhesives will be discontinued in the next few months.
