Royal Mail Tracked 2 – 3 day delivery - £4.95 plus VAT
Priority Delivery Next Working Day - £8.95 plus VAT
Quotes for larger parcels on request.
Website orders will be processed on the same day if received by 1pm. All orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day.
Telephone orders will be processed within 24 hours.
Should you receive a damaged item please contact us. We will do our best to make sure that any errors or damages are dealt with as quickly as possible.
Returning an item
Returned goods will be accepted provided:
They are returned to us within 30 days of the date ordered, stating your name, invoice number and the full reason for your return.
The goods have been unopened, unused and are in resalable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and/or cellophane wrapping must be fully intact. If this is not the case, the item cannot be resold and therefore will not be accepted by our Returns Department.
Please contact us before returning any item for refund or exchange, as all goods deemed not acceptable will be returned to the sender.
If you wish to return goods, we will refund the value of the goods on receipt of them, or exchange them if requested.
If the new item is of a higher value than the returned item, we will charge your card for the difference plus delivery costs. Any exchanged items will incur delivery costs.
All returns must be accompanied with the original delivery note with the reason for return and sent to:
